Booking and cancellation

• Tickets are paid online when you book. Prices are in AED.
• If you can't make it, your payment stays with us as a credit. You can use it for any next event, whenever you like.
• In an emergency, write to us on Instagram and we will talk about a refund.

Merch

• We deliver in the UAE only, in 1-3 days, for AED 15.
• No returns and no exchanges, so please check your size before you order.

News and your data

• We write to you two or three times a month at most. Every message has an unsubscribe link.
• Your booking confirmations and tickets always reach you, even if you unsubscribe from the news.
• We use your name and email only to run the events and the shop. We don't sell them.
• Our statistics use no tracking cookies.
